Service Details and Limitations

  • Service is for loose photos only. Photos must be removed from albums, frames, etc.
  • Photos must be at least as large as a wallet print (2½×3½), and no larger than 8×12.
  • All staples, paperclips, post-its or traces of anything sticky must be removed.
  • Photos should be in good physical condition. We discourage using photos with existing cracks or other damage, as the scanning process may cause further damage to these areas.
  • Photos must be able to bend with little to no effort. A Polaroid print is the thickest we can accept for the scanner we use with this process.
  • Photos are scanned through a high-speed sheet-fed system.
  • Quality will be close to original and will be suitable for printing up to one size larger than the original.
  • Photos will be saved on a CD in JPEG format with minimal compression.
