While renovating an 1880's mansion in the Old Fairgrounds Historic District of Allentown. Moving through the rooms with elegant shutters and pocket doors, we came across these treasures in the basement.

Description

These are open-flame lamps found in the cellar of the home. They are very ornate and in very good condition.

Each brass lamp is in very good shape but one of them has the brass, slit cap missing. Both regulation valves work. They are shown as thumb flaps below the body of the lamp. Regulator adjusment screws, visible in photo below, work just fine.
